Uche Fuels Dominant Palace Win at Shelbourne.

Without key players like forward Jean-Philippe Mateta and defender Daniel Muñoz, the Eagles departed Dublin with a comfortable result that all but guarantees them a place in the Conference League playoffs.
A further three points in their upcoming match against Finnish KuPS should be enough to seal direct entry to the last 16, especially following a previous setback against Strasbourg.
Squad Members Grasp the Opportunity
This match provided a platform for several Palace's fringe talent to shine. Christantus Uche, making only his second beginning since joining on loan from Getafe, opened the account with a well-taken goal. Striker Eddie Nketiah added a another, finding the net for the second game in match.

After the break, coach Oliver Glasner took the chance to withdraw several individuals like Kamada and Wharton. Substitute Romain Esse came close to scoring his first touch, only to see his effort blocked.
Esse was incredibly unlucky later on, seeing one attempt crash off both posts before being gathered on the line. Uche also blazed a glaring chance, indicating there is still scope for improvement in his game.
A solitary worry for Palace was a late knock to Justin Devenny, who limped off. This paved the way for 17-year-old forward Benji Casey to make his senior debut, capping an otherwise positive evening for the visiting side.
